THE INSTALLATION PROCESS
Building a swimming pool is major construction. We are not going to candy coat it. It's going to be messy.
PLANNING / LAY OUT
The pool shape is painted on the ground as a guide for the excavator and the top soil is removed for later use.

EXCAVATION BEGINS
Excavated dirt is either removed from the site or placed for future use.
A dump site within three miles of the job is required for dirt removal.

PREPARATION FOR POOL WALLS
Once the site is excavated, the hole is prepared for the walls to be constructed.

POOL WALLS ARE ERECTED
The pool walls are then erected. A concrete footer is poured around the pool wall.

BACKFILL
Around the pool wall, plumbing is run, electric is run, drain pipe is installed and the area is filled in with a specific rock size for proper drainage.

PREPARATION FOR CONCRETE
The entire area to be concreted is flattened, framed, filled with gravel and compacted in preparation for the concrete to be poured.

CONCRETE
Concrete is poured and finished by the concrete contractor to the customers specifications.

BOTTOM WORK
The bottom of the pool is covered with a mixture of portland cement and vermiculite. This creates a smooth cushioned base under the liner.

FINAL STAGE
Depending on whether the coping chosen is aluminum or cantilever, the liner is installed either just before or just after the concrete is poured.
In this case, cantilever coping was chosen so the concrete was done first and the pool is ready for the liner.
The yard is graded to allow water to run away from the pool using the excavated dirt and topsoil removed earlier.

ALL DONE!
Our part is done and your fence contractor, landscaper and electrician finish the project.
